Broccoli Recipes

This salad is so good you can eat a whole plate of it by itself, and it was served at two elegant weddings with tons of compliments!

This is a perfect, light summer dish. We like to have a salad afterward, and a piece of fruit. Do not overpuree the broccoli pesto, as a little texture is nice. Sometimes we add another garlic clove to the pesto.

Can be made one day ahead. You could add your sunflower seeds if you wish but this is a pretty crunchy salad as is.
